School Closing and Delay Information

To Be Contacted by Phone

Student households will be contacted through Springs Valley's ParentSquare program, an automated phone system that will deliver a call informing families of school closings or delays. Please note: This system calls the primary phone number that is listed for each family in our Skyward student management system. Families can check the phone number listed by logging into their Springs Valley's Skyward Family Access accounts.  If you do not know your access information, please contact the office of your child's school for assistance. If you install the ParentSquare app, you will be messaged through it as well. People that are not Springs Valley parents or staff members can also be contacted by following the instructions on our ParentSquare information page.

Please listen to one of these stations or use our ParentSquare communication system and do not call the school regarding closings and delays so that our phone lines will be available for bus drivers, weather service, and emergency communications.
